I just wanted to post a picture of our Easter day picnic that we had with the Edwards. The place where we went (Bua Tong) has a really cool limestone waterfall that you can climb up and down. Eliana loved playing in the pools down at the bottom and pretending that she was taking a bath. We had a nice picnic with the Edwards and had a great time hanging out. Noah and Preston are getting to be great buddies, although they don't realize it yet.
Here is a video of Noah from about 4 weeks ago. There is a beautiful garden near Chiang Rai that we used to go to a lot when we were living in Mae Sai. We got to take Angela's sister there while she was visiting and had a great time. Noah is of course a little bigger now, but still looks pretty similar to the video.
Two weekends ago we all participated in a 5k run to raise money for internally displaced people in Burma. Angela walked with Eliana and Noah, while John ran. Below is a picture of Angela with the two kids and Jamie with Preston. Tim and John ran together, while Jamie and Angela stuck together. Every year for the past few years they have had this run to raise awareness for the many people suffering in Burma. They even had a flip-flop division as a way to identify more with what people in Burma go through.
Hey Everyone! We hope you all had a great time celebrating Christ's resurrection. Just wanted to post some pictures of our Easter egg fun this year. It is getting more and more fun to do this kind of stuff with Eliana now that she can participate more in it. It is a little bit different trying to color brown eggs instead of white ones. You can't really get white eggs in Thailand, but I think they turned out good. Here are some picts of Eliana and Angela with their masterpieces.
